Will I Need to Update My Login Details?
No, your user name and password will remain the same.
Where do I go to log in?
Mobile App: You’ll be asked to update the app.
Web: Go to where you normally login. You'll see the URL redirect to account.appfolio.com at login and foliospace.com once you've logged in, this is expected behavior.
Features Requiring Assistance
For a short time, some features will not be available directly in your account. Here’s how you can get help:
Access Documents (e.g., leases or other shared documents): Please contact your property manager for assistance.
Obtain an Electronic Cash Payment Slip: Contact your property manager to provide you with a unique and reusable payslip with a barcode to use when making cash payments at participating locations.

If you have feedback or questions, you can submit them directly to this form, or, click on the purple icon at bottom right of the app. Here you’ll be able to submit feedback and rate the app.
Supported Browsers
Our recommended browsers are Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. As of January 2016, Microsoft stopped providing updates to Internet Explorer. As a result, it is no longer capable of supporting FolioSpace (formerly the Online Portal).
